Quiet Sunday afternoon ...
G and the little one are on the East Coast visiting G's family for a couple of weeks. I'm going to try to make it to the Jewish Museum some time this coming week. Meanwhile I'm starting to keep tabs on a neighbor we suspect is dealing drugs, and whose clientele were probably responsible for the theft of G's laptop out of our apartment late last week. This is NOT something either of us wanted to have to invest our time and effort in, but obviously it's got to be done.
A week from tomorrow I start tech school for a CompTIA A+ certification. The school is a week long, full-time, and offers job placement assistance after completion of the course. I'm excited about broadening my job opportunities.
It's nice to have some alone time, but I am missing her. It's good for her to be able to spend time with family and have her folks spend time with the new grandbaby!
