Why might the Cyber Ninjas' ballot count differ from
numbers?
For the same reason people might get different answers to this problem: (6 x 5) ÷ 3 + 11
If you don't know the order of operations, you don't know the answer.
To get the obvious retort that order of operations doesn't matter in simple addition.

I cannot be certain that this article is perfectly right either, but I definitely do not trust the Cyber Ninjas and sources like Gateway Pundit.
