TQC/Gilkesh notes.

I'm going to focus more energy on "The Queen's Courtesan" ( http://asher813.typepad.com/fiction/ ) which I've been writing in dribs and drabs for more than a year now. I've completed 38 episodes (37 chapters plus introduction) which means less than one chapter a week on average. I'm now going to set a goal of three chapters per week. I have a pretty good idea of where I want to go with the next three chapters or so, so it should be fairly easy to get rolling.
