Yay! I officially checked out of Hotel California. Had a talk with my supervisor the week before last, and gave my notice. Worked last week as my final week at HoCal and picked up my paycheck Friday afternoon. First thing Monday, reactivate with the agencies, drop of resumes, and hump Craigslist.
I won't start any jobs until after I get back from San Francisco. I'm leaving late this week and returning early next; details under a friends lock. This trip will be different in lots of ways, in part because I will be exploring job and housing opportunities in SF.

And oh, dear, I missed Lisa Nowak's birthday!
