asher553GROOMING. The haircut is done done done! I had to keep my mask on for the whole process, unlike last weekend's meeting over beer where we were permitted to unmask once seated. Apparently sitting in a bar confers immunity to covid, but sitting in a barber's chair does now. Anyway, I've finally gotten my hair cut for the first time in over a year.
FOOD. Just finished making the trial batch of matzo ball soup, and ... not too bad! I realized I didn't have vegetable broth on hand, so I'll have to fix that. But the matzo balls came out fairly decent in terms of texture and consistency.
