Found Citizen's website, tracked down the (microscopic) Movement Caliber Number on the back of the case, and downloaded the appropriate set of instructions in PDF. Turns out I can tell if my alarm is on or off by reading the (microscopic) print on that tiny little band around the inside of the dial when the second hand points to it. (Well, it was just so obvious, right?)
